Sat 11th august at the first Made craft market hosted at the Gloucester Folk Museum.
Our first ever craft fair we felt a bit like a fish out of water to start with surrounded by crafty veterans but we soon got the hang of it and sold our first piece in the first hour to one of the vendors.
We sold a few more over the course of the day. The people there were fantastic and gave us loads of support and ideas for the future. The public showed great interest in the pieces though we only sold the smaller works we did make a small profit and had a great time which is all we could ask for on our first try. We gave out loads of business cards and later gained a few commissions through the website the day was a great success for us and we look forward to the next.

Many thanks to all involved our new friends and everyone who took home a sculpture.
